Service Delivery

Digital service, no shipping

ATPL OCR is an online service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges or delivery times for physical goods.

Activation after payment

Your plan is activated instantly once the payment is confirmed by Razorpay, usually within a minute. You will see the plan and expiry date in your account and receive a confirmation email with a GST invoice.

API keys

API keys are created in your account after activation and are shown once, so copy and store them safely. You can create or revoke keys at any time. Keys are never sent by email.

Delivery of results

Documents you upload are processed online and the output (JSON, XML or text) is available in the app and through the API, usually within moments. Large files may take longer.

Support is available [Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST] at [support email] or through Support. We aim to reply within [one working day].

If delivery fails

• If you paid and your plan is not active within 30 minutes, write to us with the payment ID and we will activate it manually.
• If a document fails to process, it does not use your page allowance; try again or contact support.
• If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, you may claim a refund under the Cancellation & Refunds policy.
