Your documents are handled with care.

An overview of how we protect the data you send us.

All traffic to the app and the API uses TLS. Plain HTTP requests are refused.

Uploaded documents and extracted results are encrypted on disk with managed keys.

Your data is stored and processed in data centres located in India.

Documents are visible only to your account and the teammates you invite. Roles limit who can change billing or keys.

We store only a hash of each key. The full key is shown once at creation and cannot be recovered; revoke and replace it if lost.

You choose what to keep. Delete a document and its results are removed from active storage immediately and from backups on the normal backup cycle.

Sign-ins, key changes, uploads and deletions are recorded and visible to you under Activity.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please tell us before sharing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.
